At Southeast Regional Health and Human Services we understand, not one service fits all. Our programs are designed to offer person centered services to individuals in their home and community, how they desire. We value what is important to people with disabilities, and we enable them to put their values into action. Action through employment, creative development of skills, being a productive member of their community.
Person-Centered and Individualized Care that is determined by the individuals we serve, are the criteria of our training/preparation of staff and team members. SERHHS team and staff members work with individuals, families, and their care teams to assure that a person centered plan is in place for each individual prior to starting services. SERHHS staff and team members are continuously trained on services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism.
